IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

Mr. BERMAN (for himself and Mr. BOUCHER) submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on ______________

RESOLUTION

Providing that it shall not be in order in the House of Representatives to consider certain funding measures for the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Resolved, That it shall not be in order in the House of Representatives to consider any bill, joint resolution, amendment, motion, or conference report that makes available funds to the United States Patent and Trademark Office for any fiscal year, or for any other period for which the funds are provided, in amounts less than the total amount of patent and trademark fees collected by the United States Patent and Trademark Office in that fiscal year or during that other period (as the case may be).
