The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) published a notice in the Federal Register (FR) that announces, describes, recites, and sets the effective date of, its rules changes to permit delayed submission of certain requirements for prioritized examination. The effective date is March 5, 2014. See, FR, Vol. 79, No. 43, March 5, 2014, at Pages 12386-12390.

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) published a notice in the Federal Register (FR) that announces, describes, recites, and sets the effective date of, its rules changes pertaining to continued prosecution applications to permit the filing of a continued prosecution application even if the prior nonprovisional application does not contain the inventor's oath or declaration. 3/3. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) published a notice in the Federal Register requesting nominations for membership on its Electronic Tax Administration Advisory Committee (ETAAC). The ETAAC provides advice to the IRS regarding its "goal that paperless filing should be the preferred and most convenient method of filing tax and information returns".
