A BILL

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend permanently and expand the research tax credit.

SECTION 1. PERMANENT EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION OF RESEARCH CREDIT.

(a) PERMANENT EXTENSION-

(b) INCREASE IN PERCENTAGES UNDER ALTERNATIVE INCREMENTAL CREDIT-
