TO THE AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE

Page 10, after line 20, add the following (and conform the table of contents accordingly):

SEC. 205. REDUCTION OF FILING FEE FOR LOCAL EDUCATIONAL AGENCIES.

Section 214(c)(9)(B) of the Immigration and Nationality Act is amended by striking the period at the end and inserting ", except that the amount of the fee shall be $100 for an employer that is a local educational agency (as defined in section 14101 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965).".
